New Horizons Healthcare’s Office-based Addiction Treatment Program (OBAT) offers a combination of FDA-approved Medication-Assisted Treatment, behavioral health group and individual counseling, and care management services. New Horizon’s OBAT provides treatment for all types of Substance Use Disorders, such as opioid, alcohol, benzodiazepine, and stimulant use disorders. Our team of qualified and trained addiction treatment staff work with patients to develop and deliver individualized treatment that respects and meets each person’s unique needs.
Eligibility
- Adults 18 years and older
- Substance use diagnosis.
- All insurances accepted including sliding scale.
